Good addition to routine

I like this probiotic tab so far. It's mild in flavor, not off-putting in the least, and I'm starting to enjoy this new part of my routine.

I think it might be working

Gums are definitely dramatically improving according to my dentist last week over evaluation by periodontist January who recommended surgery. No surgery recommended. Pockets around teeth eating less than 3.

But I’ve made a number of changes in my approach from January so it’s hard to know what probiotic contributed. I believe it’s a factor.
